When I email or write letters regularly to the same biz folks, I use either "Thanks!" or "Thank you!" (if I want to be a touch more formal) with my name. I think the "!" shows I'm being friendly.
For friends, I usually use "Have fun..."
It's mainly a message to myself!

I'll probably use more then one but yesterday I did use, " Until later" twice.
