I've heard of them retracting back into the body and I had a patient that insisted on showing me this problem in front of his wife. I guess he thought I was an MD. It was really awkward for me because I really didn't want to see it. The crew had a good laugh when I told them what happened, but why would some one break in and cut it off? Did he put it in the wrong place?
So was this when you brought the doggie's to visit patients?
