Good tip. Most of the time I use some vinegar and water to clean my windows. That is even cheaper

Around the holidays you can add some peppermint essential oil. It makes everything smell like Christmas...hmm..maybe I should look for a pine essential oil.

Great tip, Pam. If I ever run out of windex I'll give it a try - as rarely as I clean windows 1 bottle usually lasts a decade or so

Good idea! I haven't used my essential oils lately so took them from their little drawer in the little decorator thingy and I have: Rosemary, Vanilla, Myrrh, Jasmine, Lavender, Grapefruit, Tropical Rains, Heather and Sage. I could easily prepare a spray bottle with vinegar and a drop or two of oil and use it for the bathroom mirrors and that would add a nice aroma!

I use vinegar and water as well. It's faster and streak free. I also wash my hard wood floors with it and you can make pickles with the left over vinegar.
