When your routine is thrown and you forget to do something you normally do.

I sometimes forget about routines regarding myself such as shaving legs. But I never ever forget routines for the kitties!

My routine is off today. Yesterday late afternoon we discovered our outside hosebib is leaking and wasting water, so today I have to go get a part to fix it and that means missing one of my naps. Drat...

Management has totally upset our whole departments routine and for the worse. They've managed to po the whole department and everyone is really crabby. I dread going to work and I will drastically reduce my hours and look for another job. Life is to short to be this unhappy.

There are a few mornings before work I usually forget to do something. I usually remember what it was when I'm about 3/4 of a mile from work! It's usually that I forget to make my lunch, so I swear that starting tonight I'm going to start making my lunch at night so I don't have to remember to make it in the morning. Just remembering to take it to work is my next challenge - The morning time always messes with my head.

My starter routine:

1. Get out of bed at daylight
2. Pee
3. Give the cats breakfast
4. Make coffee

Since 2009 layoff, it varies after #4.
