For me it's. "Kiss my grits". A real throw back to the days of "Alice" in which Flo always used the phrase as her ultimate insult comeback. Around these parts it's used daily, and I just hate it! Makes me want to growl !
Oh, and while I'm at it, here's another one. Folks say, "Don't mess with him today because he's "illy". Or I might ask someone how they are doing and they'll say "I'm illy". "Illy" = "angry beyond the pale", in terms I'm familiar with. My snappish comeback is always, "Oh? How silly to be illy", (Think Ogden Nash or Dr. Seuss) It gives me a ridiculous sense of childish revenge for having to hear that phrase all the time. I guess I'm just being mean, but it gets to me. (Grrrrrrrrrroooowwwwllll)
"Babymomma"....... It's the verbal equivalent of nails down a blackboard.
Same here, Baldrick. "Babymomma" and "babydaddy" - What the heck is up with that?
Good peeve, Jez.

I hear a lot of crap around here that I could do without, but one that I really hate is "git her done". I know that is the redneck man's favorite phrase thanks to Larry the Cable Guy, but it just grates on my nerves so bad.
And last,,,,, the pharmacist called from the drug store and said “your Viagra has been recalled by the company”. (The key words that turn you off are Viagra & recall)
