Happy hump day, kids! Scroll on down for Today's Tip.

COOK A DOZEN EGGS - EASY PEASY

Do you ever need to cook several eggs, up to a dozen, all at once? If you'd rather serve them
some way other than scrambled, try this nifty method. Grease the cups of a muffin tin and
break an egg into each one. Sprinkle them with a little salt and pepper and bake in a 350-degree
(F) oven for fifteen to twenty minutes. You'll end up with 12 uniform cooked eggs.

Serve your baked eggs plain or dressed up with any sort of garnish you like. Try some shredded
cheese or salsa on top of them. Or put them on English muffin halves and top them with
hollandaise sauce. Yum!

Reminds me of the poached egg on toast my dad used to make for me when I was a kid.

Great plan for a big breakfast! I never cook more than two for an omelet for uno!

Raising hand with question! How do you get them out all neat and sunny side up?
