Good morning peevers.

I HOPE THAT EVERYONE IS WELL.

Sorry, I'll quieten down- it is the morning after the Big Day.

Maybe you're feeling that you might have overdone it yesterday?

Maybe you've got a load of clearing up?

Maybe there's guests hanging around getting in the way?

Tell us how things are, because the POTD is;

The morning after the night before.

As for me, I think I'll just catch up on some beauty sleep.

Haha. Good peeve, Jezer. I didn't overdo it this Thanksgiving, so I'm just fine and dandy. Except I'm staying up way too late! Heck, I don't have to go in to the office on Friday, so I don't care. I'm going to log off soon, though and hit the sack. Tomorrow the Christmas decorations come out.

Back to the peeve, though - - I've had a time or three with day-after regrets.

No day after Thanksgiving regrets for me. My dinner was simple to make and created very little mess. Was a good day all the way around.

Good morning Jezer! I love that beautiful tabby!

The morning after the night before.

I always eat too much dressing and I did yesterday. I'll take it easy on the leftovers.

Smooth sailing here. Had a great time with family and played video games (Assassin's Creed 3) last night. This afternoon we have two young ladies that grew up across the street and now live in Milwaukee and Chicago coming to visit.

This is the first year we did not have cook a turkey. It's still in the freezer and we'll enjoy it later on. We did cook a nice pork roast that came out very nicely. No mess no problems, little clean up.

This was not the year for thanksgiving with several major health issues in the family and the bad news that we had received this November about my niece, my MIL, and now my sister. Not a lot to be thankful for at first thought, but I am truly thankful for so many other things..........
