I'm loving this thread.

I really miss the sound of the locomotive whistle of trains in the US.

My grandfather worked for the Great Western Railway and helped make locos like this;

I love trains and all the sounds they make! Thanks for the thread Jaxson and all the great youtubes and pics everyone! This is an old steamer I've marveled at since I was a little kid. It's been on display in a nearby park since my childhood and maybe before. Recent years it's moved about a 1/4 mile to a fully restored beautiful SP Depot.
