Ok let's squeal on our relatives some more....
The one I'll use is this one.

Set the stage:
"Toni"-s-i-l #1=Master's in Music, concert Violist..highly intelligent
"Candy" s-i-l #2 Stay at home mom primary caregiver to sick husband--tons of streets smarts..

Family Reunion in Colorado...

I love ghost towns so when we were in Crested Butte we went to a ghost town called Tin Cup. There is also an old cemetary there that altho it dates back to the mid 1800's it is still active with a "new" section.

So we're touring this old cemetary and "Candy" starts collecting different shaped rocks to take back to her husband who likes to collect and polish them.
"Toni" decides to help her and starts picking them up too.

So me knowing "Toni" the way I do....yells at her to STOP!!! Toni looks at me and askes "WHY?"

I told her that the rocks the cemetary were haunted and cursed.
She promptly drops all the rocks she had and runs over to Candy and knocks HER rocks out of her hand screaming they're haunted stop picking them up!!

Candy looks PAST her, right at me and started laughing. I have since been banned from telling Toni any more "stories".

Folks, this woman is 49 years old!! I've been married to her brother for 20 years!!! She should know me by now!!

I'm still laughing! My aunt had to have a new home throughout her marrage for that reason, ghosts only haunt old homes...lol

I don't have a masters degree nor am I "highly intelligent" but I would be "Toni". Go easy on her! heehee - great story!

Now on the other side if the family tree...

My brother's wife..Bless her heart is just the sweetest thing but she really needs to get out more....

We were on our way to my sister's house and we went by this one house with the decorative geese in the yard. You know the ones that people put clothes on?

Well this was a family of geese and the owner had chained them all together to make it look like the family was going for a walk.

Well poor s-i-l was just outraged that people would treat these wild animals that way....(yes she thought they were real)

I tried and tried to keep my mouth shut but I failed....

I said "At least they put rain coats on them in case it rains." (My brother is howling at this point as his wife's expense.....)

Her reply was...."Well at least they did that much!!!"

At that point I lost it.

The next christmas I sent her a set with a full wardrobe.

I'm bad, I know....it's a sickness.
