Little bit of acid reflux here, but only if I eat late in the day, and only if I eat pizza, tomatoes, chili, chocolate, drink wine, all the good stuff!

If I can remember not to do all of that, I'm good! And, I have been VERY good, no acid reflux attacks in over 2 years. And, No, I don't have my wine for breakfast!

Egads, food has become my worst enemy it seems. The doctors say don't eat this and don't eat that so I now tell people I am on a cardboard and water diet. But, I guess I should follow doc's orders.

There are certain foods which do bother me. With acid reflux, tomatoes or anything with tomatoes really bother me as does iced tea and cola drinks. As someone else said, I also have sugar problems and too much sugar makes me shaky and gives me a headache. Bananas make me have heartburn.

I think a lot of this goes along with getting the O word. You know which one I mean. Begins with an O, three letters and ends with a D. I hate that word.

Hi Molly. Love the cows out in the pasture.

The POTD is; I wish I could eat that, but I shouldn't.
I'm very sorry to hear that Miss J is not feeling well.

I am extremely fortunate in that I've yet to find a food that bothers me. Except - if I eat raw onions I can't get the taste out of my mouth for hours. But nothing ever bothers my stomach. It runs in our family, and I know how lucky we are with that.

Fabulous pics! Loved the cows, since I've become partial to them. LOL In particular, Holsteins, since that's what Charlie Cow is. LOL

Also a great peeve. For years Grace couldn't eat strawberries, then one day she grabbed a handful off my lunch plate and gobbled them down, and low and behold, no hives. That was about 10 years ago, and she still eats them today.

I've never had a problem with any kind of food. No "feedback" in my life.

I'm on a sugar bender now and it affects me at around 3am. I've been living on Zantac Lately. I swear I'll stop tomorrow. Nice pictures Jezer, but we need ponies. The inner child demands ponies. I'll trade you the Yorkie for ponies.

Our favorite local restaurant/bar has chili cheese fries which I dearly love - or at least I used to. I hadn't eaten them for quite a while because I could feel them building up in my arteries.

A few weeks ago I broke down and had them again and they were a completely different beast - and instead of, or perhaps only, building up in my arteries they also paid a surprise visit to my stomach. Never again.

And I do not tolerate wheat beers!!
