I'm not sure where Joy is today, so I'll go ahead and fill in for her..

Didja Know... A company called Backyard Brains has developed a kit you can attach to a.. cockroach, that gives you the ability to control the roach's movements?.. RoboRoach is the kit which weighs 4.4 grams with the battery that will last for over a month, will allow you to take control of your pet roach.. of course, you'll have to perform a brief surgery on the roach to attach the kit to it.. The RoboRoach kit sells for $99.99.. Sooo if you have someone in the household who doesn't know what to do with their time, or a pet you want to.. Entertain(??), put the RoboRoach on your Christmas shopping list..

I'd prefer to spend $100.00 for a big can of Raid. That will control their movement the only way I want to. No movement equals dead.

For the person on your list who has everything!

This reminds me of a story from long ago. Thirty-two years ago, I worked for several months at a law firm in Kansas City, MO. One of the associate attorneys was a real gas, and he decided to make one of our resident giant cockroaches his pet for a day. He took a jumbo paper clip and unbent it; then made a little colored pennant and attached it to one end. He stuck the other end into the back of the roach and let it go in the hallway. I'll be darned if the thing didn't just go about its business for the entire day, walking up and down the hallway. Because of the flag sticking out of its back, it wasn't able to go underneath doors, so it just wandered around the hall entire day. It was one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen.
