While several studies find homosexuality in humans and other animals is biological rather than learned, a question remains over whether it's a hard-wired phenomenon or one that can be altered.
A friend of mine told me that people being born gay is a population-control mechanism as to not overpopulate the planet. I don't know if I believe that to be true, but it's an interesting theory, nonetheless.
But still, I know that gay men do have sex with women.
This is great news! I want to be straight so badly, yet no matter how hard I've tried over the years, I just can't seem to shake this mental imbalance that makes me gay. Can we call this new drug "Not Bengay?"

I know that some gay men do have sex w/women; you can also say that some straight men have sex w/other men. All-encompassing statements like that are not true.
