...we just put in an offer on a house. If we get it there will be a serious lot of work to make it habitable, but it is the right house.

Good LUCK, Evey. Consider every possible appendage of mine crossed in hoping you get the house of your dreams.

Even if it needs some fixing up, that just makes it all the more satisfying when you can sit back and relax in your beautiful new home that you not only bought, but conquered and whipped into shape to be truly and particularly yours!
