Do a search for awkard movie marquees, one I recall was:
Erin Brockovich
Screwed
My Dog Skip

A favorite which I believe is now gone to urban neglect and decay...

On a road trip for a childhood friends wedding in early 90s I recall seeing a huge sign upon nearing Clinton, (NC) declaring it, "The Pork Capitol" - [It was made all the more funnier by the then current occupants of White House - Bill and Hilary...]

I recall a road trip through Mississippi delta country and upon entering Tallulah, Louisiana, via main route, the route splits in a 'Y', and right in front of the large sign declaring "Welcome to Tallulah" in big script, there is a rusted out parked white pickup with the back full of junk: washing machine, stove range, refrigerator without door, bathtub, large floor fan and other assorted garbage piled high like the back of the Beverly hillbillies truck. Can't figure out how to post photo but the juxtaposition was hilarious.

Funny word play sign I saw
"Attendance = Decadence"

It's probably 10-12' long and maybe 3-3 1/2' high. It's the abbreviated version.
