Morning y’all
Today’s unbelievable DJK comes from our friend motormaker
(Though let’s not turn this into a political debate, k?)
. . . . . Didja Know?
A man in Texas is fuming because his healthcare provider sent his daughter a contraceptive ID card
and like any father the last thing he wants to think about is his daughter making whoopee - especially
since she’s only 3 months old

At first he just laughed it off, until he was informed by his insurance company that it wasn’t a joke but law:

The letter read: “Attached is your Contraceptive Coverage Plan ID Card. The new federal preventive health
services law requires that group health plans provide women contraceptive services to female members of all
ages without imposing any cost-sharing and at no cost to you.”

What ever happened to 'common sense'?

It doesn't seem to be very common these days.

At No Cost To You - Whenever that phrase is mentioned, It raises a Red Flag.

Insurance companies & corporate pharmaceuticals had lots of interesting things written into the bill for their benefit. Leave it to the drug companies and their lobbyists to grow their profits.....
