There should definitely be an "I am leaving or checking out for a while" thread allowed somewhere. Other Topics seems like a likely place. We become friends with so many then, zap, they're gone. Maybe for a while. Maybe forever. It would be better to know someone has gotten too busy or will be unavailable for while. It would even be better to know from a family member that they've passed than to be left wondering. Many have gone missing just this past several months and we're left wondering. We need closure! Come on, City-Data, don't make them leave us hanging!
