No I don't don't say things like that that while talking with others........ However I might say other stupid things at times. And I never never say "you know what I mean" .......................

I have a strange problem similar to dyslexic where I don’t always pronounce a word correctly when speaking to others. So I try very hard to avoid making errors in speech.

Why wouldn't I? It's a perfectly valid grammatical construction. "I asked him if he had had the measles as a child."

A perfect and correct sentence:

"James, while John had had "had", had had "had had"; "had had" had had a better effect on the teacher."

Not common for me but I've caught myself saying that a few times.

I say "ain't" a lot more than I should, that's for sure.

In the right circumstances "had had" is correct. It is the past participle of the verb "have".
