VANCOUVER, Wash. - A homeowner in Vancouver has learned that using a pop can as an outdoor ashtray can be hazardous to your house. Fire Capt. Kevin Murray said heat from burning material in the pop can set a plastic slide on fire, and the flames spread to the back deck and then to the house.
