A third option would be Stainless steel it is also easy to clean, less prone to scratches, and extremely durable.
I like Joovy Boob glass bottles, but will drink from Munchkin Latch plastic bottles.

Glass-- No chemicals More expensive
Plastic--More chemicals Less expensive

I'd like to say glass, but hate the results when it slips from my hands and crashes to the floor

That's the problem with those Mason Jars... after a couple snorts of shine.. your eyes get blurry and your hands shake and you drop the dang jar.. good shine gone

Wrong... After few snorts of shine your hands will stop shaking. Guaranteed.
