I can't think of a "Perfect response".

I really hate it when I am dealing with tech support trying to resolve a problem that should not have existed to begin with and I get a clueless person that is just reading from a script doing things that have no bearing on the problem. After every useless step I hear the rep say "perfect". More than once I have gone off on the reps asking them just what was "perfect" about the useless step that accomplished nothing.

When they get to the part where they tell you to disconnect a cable between devices. Then tell you that you must disconnect both ends. I've lost all hope for help at that point.

I still like "awesome".....but "perfect" will do on the medical side.

I hear that a lot too, but another that's about as over-used is "Awesome."
