Today’s Questions:
How are you at doing math in your head?
Math has never come easily to me. If the numbers are more than two digits long, I use a calculator.
Have you ever kept a spare key hidden somewhere? Did you ever have to use it?
Yes, I used to have a magnetic key holder that you could affix to the underside of your car. I never used it.
What time do you usually have your evening meal?
Usually between 6 and 7:30. When I worked nights, my meal hour was usually 5:30 or 7 pm, so I got used to dining earlier. But I like late dinners because they seem so...I don't know...European.
Do you like to plan things ahead, or are you more impulsive?
I have an impulsive side, but for the most part I plan. It makes life easier and avoids unpleasant surprises.
Do you drink tea? If so, what is your favorite brand or your favorite blend?
Yes, I especially enjoy iced tea with lemon. For hot tea, I like English Breakfast or spice teas such as Constant Comment. Cinnamon tea helped me quit smoking because the "bite" tastes a little bit like tobacco. My favorite herbal tea is peppermint. Recently I tried a Newman's Own tea made with ginger and turmeric, and I liked that one a lot.
What types of window coverings are in your house or apartment?
Levolor blinds and curtains. We need an update.
What childhood games do you remember playing?
Jump rope, tag, hopscotch, checkers, Scrabble, Monopoly, jacks, tic-tac-toe, rock-paper-scissors, dodgeball, tetherball, crack the whip.
Which ones do you still remember how to play, and which ones have you forgotten the rules for?
I think I remember all of the above, but I don't remember the rules to some games other I played less often such as red rover, blind man's buff, marbles, statues or keep away.

Thanks to everyone for your answers.

Good evening to all!

Today’s Questions:
How are you at doing math in your head?
Pretty good. I enjoy math and finances, so I'm always running numbers in my head.

Have you ever kept a spare key hidden somewhere? Did you ever have to use it?
Yes we have a spare and we've only been locked out twice. Once in a rental apartment we had while we were having a house built. We both thought each other had the key when the self locking door was closed behind us. The other was when we got back from vacation and the battery had died in our electronic digital door lock.

What time do you usually have your evening meal?
Anywhere between 6 & 7PM normally.

Do you like to plan things ahead, or are you more impulsive?
We are both. I plan out vacations and try to set an itinerary, but I'll pack my stuff just a few hours before we leave.

Do you drink tea? If so, what is your favorite brand or your favorite blend?
No tea at all.

What types of window coverings are in your house or apartment?
We have wooden louvred blinds. No curtains or cloth coverings at this time.

What childhood games do you remember playing?
1,2,3 Red Light, Mother may I, Kick the Can, Kill the guy with the ball, Simon Says, Duck-duck-goose, Hide and go seek, Stickball, Stoopball, and so on!

Which ones do you still remember how to play, and which ones have you forgotten the rules for?
I forget how many of them are played, but this question brought back memories of a cool neighborhood that I grew up in!

Hope everyone has a terrific remainder of this beautiful Sunday!

Today’s Questions:
How are you at doing math in your head?
Quite good. Also good at using toes and fingers to do math.

Have you ever kept a spare key hidden somewhere? Did you ever have to use it?
Does the car key I lost and never found count as a hidden spare?

What time do you usually have your evening meal?
My evening meal is right after I get around to fixing it. My years of flying all over the place messed up my internal clock forever.

Do you like to plan things ahead, or are you more impulsive?
Both

Do you drink tea? If so, what is your favorite brand or your favorite blend?
Not a tea drinker. Can't get past the taste.

What types of window coverings are in your house or apartment?
Blinds

What childhood games do you remember playing?
Marbles, hide and seek, kick ball, baseball and my all time favorite...dirt clod fights.

Which ones do you still remember how to play, and which ones have you forgotten the rules for?
Rules? We don't need no stinking rules.
