I always use "Super Deep Brown Noise 10 hours" on my Kindle when I go to sleep. (on YT). I find, with the sleep "music", it tends to be long chord, followed by another long chord, etc. and I stay awake waiting for the next chord.
If I wake up too early, I find a long YT video that I am only mildly interested in, with a boring or soothing narrator. I start watching it, then fall asleep again, usually. This is good if you don't have a TV in the bedroom (I don't).

I find some on YT throw in piano, or tings of bells, which stops me sleeping,
I've also found that people talking about boats, and travels, puts me to sleep.
Back when records were the thing. I had one called "Environments". One side was nothing but waves on the beach and the other side was nothing but birds. You could play it an any speed. Faster speed on the waves sounded like stormy weather. Faster speed on the birds sounded like...more birds. lol I put myself to sleep a few times listening to the waves
