I have learned that a certain group within the Feds has a new set of rules pertaining to mailing sensitive information.
Part of the rules state that if a document or any information sent includes sensitive data, like a client name, then it has to be double-wrapped and sent.
In addition there is a form that has to be filled out in duplicate and sent with the package. One copy is kept and filed by the receiving party and the other is signed and returned as proof of receipt.
Now the fun part: The copy that is returned has the client name on it.
(1) This means that it has to be double wrapped and sent back. It also means it has to have two copies of the same form sent with it, one for filing and one to be returned to the sender for proof of receipt.
Of course, this returned copy has the clients name on it....
Please return to note
(1) above and loop.
