***Every year more so. In the culture where I grew up old people were revered and respected, it’s an awful feeling when most people in America don’t acknowledge the elderly, as if they fear old age is catching.

***Both. It what I eat on a cake, leaving the ‘skeleton’ of the cake to the amusement of the person who served it to me.

***Nocturnal trips to the bathroom. I thought all night sleep was a done deal for life.

***I have been invisible most of my life. Once when trying to buy a new watch, there were 5 clerks working the jewelry department and I was the only customer. After standing at the watch counter for 5 minutes and not a single clerk even acknowledging I was there, I went to the store admin offices and asked if anyone in the admin office was interested in selling me a watch.

***Ride in the cockpit of a commercial airplane.

***I think it has something to do with drinking a cheap beer while taking a mid-term test in school.

10. What Islands have you been on that have no connecting bridge? Iceland. Also, tiny islands in various lakes in Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota.

For those not familiar, Captcha images are wehn you sign in to a webpage and you're shown a composite of photos with instructions like, click on all the photos with a stop sign in them or a bus or something else. It's to prove you're a person and not a robot.
