I find that humorus, because if you are struck by lightning it wouldn't matter what you were carrying, wearing, or had on you, you'd still have a good chance of getting zapped. Lightning doesn't discriminate.

And if you're a male with a cell phone you're bound to get hit by lightning five times more than if you were a female, so lightning does discriminate, it hits men more time than women.

Wonder if it could be because more people carry them? I'd think now it would be much more likely for lightening to kill someone with a cell phone simply because it's highly unlikely for many people to not have them.

I was thinking about this almost in a similiar way .
The same way you are suppose to un plug your TV , turn off the air and now you have this non conductor of electricity attach to your side, in pocket or pocket book in hand.

And now 'they' are saying cell phone usage causes brain cancer and other forms of cancer close to the ear. Due to the radiation that is similar to the radiation used in microwaves. so should we all give up our cell phones now?
