Man there are so many great coasters out there. Favorite place to go ride them is Cedar Point because they have plenty of them at one place (17 and counting). Plus some of the biggest and fastest. Top Thrill Dragster, Magnum XL-200, Millennium Force, Mantis, . Then they have some great wooden coasters as well. Mean Streak, and of course the Blue Streak (40+ years old but still a cool ride), & Gemini. I think my favorite is the venerable Gemini. Not because it is the fastest, or the tallest, but just because it is an older wood coaster that rides like the first coaster I was ever on did; and for me that is the coaster experiance. Creaking and groaning with a different ride depending on humidity and other natural factors that don't effect the steel ones as much. For speed and thrill though it would be hard to beat Millennium Force.
I have ridden the ones at Six Flags Over Texas, Arlington, Texas; Six Flags Magic Mountain, Valencia, California; Six Flags Great Adventure, Jackson, New Jersey; Six Flags New England, Agawam, Massachusetts; Knott's Berry Farm, Buena Park, California; And Kings Dominion, Doswell, Virginia.
They all have their great rides and it doesn't matter if it is going 25 MPH or 128 MPH (Kingda Ka at Great Adventure), if it is a coaster I love the ride.
Location: Moved to town. Miss 'my' woods and critters.

Long ago, in a land far, far away, there was a place called Forest Park Highlands in St. Louis. Wonderful ride called 'The Comet'. Whooppeeeee!!! Our grade school classed would go there for school picnics. Lines were long but oh, was the wait worth it. Loved that ride. Place burned down and a Community College took it's place. Compared to the rides now, it would be considered a baby ride, I'm sure....
I am a and I don't like coasters. On my honeymoon, my hubby insisted I go on one..fearfully, I agreed. He said, we'll go on a wooden one...it will be like nothing...yeah right!! I was tossed around, squished, and lost my corn dog twice....(sorry whoever was riding behind..{kidding}) I was quite bruised the next day!!
I will share this pic..My kids at Family Kingdom.
My son didn't know whether to be scared or thrilled, my oldest daughter (red head, middle) knew she was terrified, and my youngest (back row, arms up) knew she was completely thrilled. They are riding with my aunt and her daughter.
My ex husband made me ride the coaster at stateline. He told me it was mild, once I got on it I wanted to hit him, there was no getting off, even though I was screaming "stop let me off". That first drop was a doozie, I almost cried. NEVER again !

I'm not too much of a "theme park" enthusiast, so go ahead and laugh for asking this question... where is stateline?
Okay, I know most of you are going to say it's the dividing border line between two states...
