LIVE REAL TIME SATELLITE TRACKING: TOOLBAG

you just have to wait a few seconds, and the toolbox icon will show up. After a minute or two, a red line should appear that traces the orbit the toolbox is following.

They use your IP address to locate your home, and you can see your home's icon there, too.

It's traveling fast! It takes about two hours to make it's orbit.

LOL.. don't worry, when that wrench enters the atmosphere, it'll burn up.

I guess you could get some decent tools for free if you go up in space... I hope they use Craftsman or Snap-On tools..

Talking .

One day we’ll all be telling our grandchildren and pointing in the night sky at the new Constellation “Snap on” and “Craftsman” located just to the southern horizon. For me, I’ve never been able to make out any of the other constellations in the night sky ~ I don’t know what makes me think I’d see this new one.

Talking total this

Did anyone hear what that tool bag and tools cost the taxpayer yet? A good set at Sears could run about $150 or so. I’d be interested in the price tag on the ones that took with them in space.

8” Wrench………......$9.95
6” Screwdriver ...……6.99
6” Pliers ………….......5.99
1/2 “ ratchet ……….12.99
socket set….…….... 15.99
tool bag………....…..29.95
Compact ..............20.00
Lipstick.................15.00
Mirror....................8.50
Eyeliner..................5.00
Comb....................4.00
Brush....................5.00
Tissues..................3.00
Phonebook............19.95
memo book............9.95
Cologne ..............49.95
Hair spray.............5.95
Fingernail file ........4.50

Lost in space…...…. Priceless

Rumor has it that had the tool bag been her purse she would have retrieved it immediately and it most likely never would have left her hands.

"A tool bag that floated away from a spacewalking astronaut this week was one of the largest items ever lost in space, and NASA guessed it cost about $100,000."

(linky: Astronaut's Lost Tool Bag Worth About $100,000)

Hope that helps ya sleep better tonight!

Rumor has it that NASA and NAPA will now be merged in an effort to control spending on tools and parts. NAPA agreed to the merger but limited their delivery of items.

One of their problems is getting the letters to match in their names. They don't know if they should drop the S for a P or P for the S yet. I believe it's ok to carry both ,,,, most things in my life seem to always end up with a PS at the end anyway.

NAPA is a guy thing so girls don't worry about it.
