SAN RAFAEL, Calif. (AP) - A man is facing assault charges after deputies said he hit a state transportation worker and continued driving several miles while the man clung to the hood of the car. Marin County prosecutors charged 73-year-old Peter Buchanan with assault with a deadly weapon, reckless driving and hit-and-run driving Wednesday.

Looks like a bumper crop of news today but this wheeler dealer appears a quart low since the police can't figure out his auto motive. Looks like the worker involved Dodged a bullet and that's a gas.
