Hi Karla and company we have glorious (not) rain again in Indiana. Pretty sick of it all don't know how WA or OR folks stand it really.

How far would you drive/travel for a favorite anything ?

We drove to Chicago for a cheesesteak sandwich that is the closest thing to a real Philly one. So about 4 hours.

What was the last thing that "annoyed you" ?

When you go to the proper area to ask a question then given cold flip answers instead of engaging in the conversation to find the real problem. I am finding that more and more in life which I tell my children 2 wrongs don't make a right. Keep smiling the person you are dealing with might be having a tougher day than you know.

Do you have a favorite expression you use that pretty much lets folks know you are "annoyed" ?

I say "leave me alone please" and if I am really ticked off just "leave me alone".

List 3 of your favorite things to do outside when the weather is really nice.

Camping
Work in the veggie garden
swimming

What song makes you want to get up and dance when you hear it played?

Doin' da Butt~~~~ every sleepover this song gets played and we have a contest on who is the most creative butt dancer.

Today's Question(s):

Yesterday I mentioned taking the "magic carpet" to NJ to get bagels this made me think hmmm I wonder

How far would you drive/travel for a favorite anything ? I've traveled to Burlington, a two hour drive, for a jazz show when I had to work the next day. Also go to Maine, three hour drive, to walk the beach for a day. Last summer my sister & I went to Bar Harbor, eight hour drive, for the weekend.
(this could be food, a Doctor, tax guy etc)

Bonus Question:

What was the last thing that "annoyed you" ? Hmm... a person who, no matter what the subject is, has to turn the conversation to talking about herself.

Do you have a favorite expression you use that pretty much lets folks know you are "annoyed" ?
Usually it's a look & then talking to a friend.... "I need to vent!"

Extra Credit Question:

List 3 of your favorite things to do outside when the weather is really nice. Kayak, walk the beach, sit on my porch & read.

Just for Fun:

What song makes you want to get up and dance when you hear it played? Many songs make me want to dance. Right now I'm listening to some pieces from Playing for Change. Street musicians from around the world with famous musicians.
Going to usher for the Dartmouth Gospel Choir & Walt Cunningham on Friday night. I know I'll be dancing!

My favorite thing is being in North Carolina, so I travel a LONG way for that, about 900 miles! The most annoying thing to me right now it the hot humid weather, and it's going to stay this way for a LONG LONG LONG LONG time
Outside I like to photograph, watch birds and walk. And you just gotta dance when you hear the Bee Gee's You Should Be Dancing

When I lived in Caribou, ME I once drove all the way to Boston because it was the closest Taco Bell at the time. For some reason I woke up and really wanted those nasty soft tacos they have. Didn't have anything else to do that day so I took a drive. (About an 8 1/2 hour drive one way.)

Bonus Question:
What was the last thing that "annoyed you" ?

How much time do you have?
That would have to be my 5th graders teacher. I won't get into it, but I want her GONE!

Do you have a favorite expression you use that pretty much lets folks know you are "annoyed" ?
"Listen real close now..."

Extra Credit Question:
List 3 of your favorite things to do outside when the weather is really nice.

1) Grab my camera and take a long walk along the river, or the Lake Michigan shore. Sometimes both: Follow the river through the woods and then wander along the shore.

2) Go fishing

3) Take the family out to the beach if it is warm enough, or just out wherever the mood strikes us.

Just for Fun:
What song makes you want to get up and dance when you hear it played?

Thankfully none. I have about as much rhythm and coordination as a Water Buffalo on roller Skates.

Hi all. I am on a short break and decided to check in while I have my cereal.

How far would you drive/travel for a favorite anything ?
(this could be food, a Doctor, tax guy etc)
Well not too far because I hate driving. When I lived in NY I would drive to Atlantic City occasionally. This month TN is having a CD meet up and that will be about an hour for me. DH and I are going to try and make it.

What was the last thing that "annoyed you" ?
The immature and unprofessional acts of someone.

Do you have a favorite expression you use that pretty much lets folks know you are "annoyed" ?

I get very quiet or walk away.

List 3 of your favorite things to do outside when the weather is really nice.
Everything. I love being outside when it is nice. I will have to figure out a way to get my computer outside, lol.

Walking
Gardening
Picking up debris on the property
Reading
Hiking
Biking

Like I said "it's all good outside"

What song makes you want to get up and dance when you hear it played?

Too funny, yesterday I was weed eating and I was listening to music from the 70's and I got that song "Roller coaster" stuck in my head. Not that it is a good song but it did make me dance a little while I was weed eating. Jaxson also reminded me of "Shake, Shake, Shake, Shake Your Booty"
[/b]

Yay for Aretha. I love all Mowtown.

Shrimp is awesome any way.
