NEW ORLEANS (AP) - A Louisiana woman is suing a Wal-Mart store over what she claims was a much-too-close encounter of the furry kind. Rebecca White says in her lawsuit that employees at a Wal-Mart in Abbeville let a rat-tailed rodent known as a nutria run loose and scare her.

Oh rats. Maybe Walmart should countersue the lady for scaring the pet rat and filing a frivolous lawsuit. Hope she doesn't go to Disneyland.

This is a cheesy Mickey Mouse lawsuit. Rodent you know something like this would happen? I don't think it will squeak by the courts. This mousy woman should be dropping this case in a scurry.
