It is not possible to be happy that people died so that we can live in a free country and in a safer world. So this thread is posted today with respect for the sacrifices people have made for our country.
Hats off to those who serve in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard and Merchant Marines for making America and often large parts of the world safe for peaceful people to live in.
And to the civilians who as employees or family members support or supported the people who made our freedom and safety in a still dangerous world possible.
