What I want, and what I can get are two different things. So, I stopped wanting that which I cannot have, and focused on getting what I can get.
So I am taking music lessons again, and that's my only goal now in life, and for me, it's a good one.
I don't make my goals dependent on other people.

What I realy want, now anyway...
I want a serious minded, honest, "old-school" AA male. It would be great if he had a sense of humor but not too talkative. A man with a few sisters and a great relationship with his mom while growing up is a good thing as well. I picture my ideal man as retired now or almost with mixed grey hair, a mustash (sp?) and average to tall in height. He must like doo wap and women close to his age (65 - 70). Thats not asking for too much, is it? If he is a christian too (actually that's a must), I'd do a backward flip!

Well if you haven't found him yet chances are it isn't going to happen. Remember, women live longer than men so the female to male ratio goes way up. The odds are stacked against you. |
