I was thinking the same, a saloon girl server, serving warm drinks since they didnt have refrigeration back then. Oh wait, maybe the piano player at a saloon???
Seeing how I am already past the average life expectancy for that time period, it does not look good for me. However...longivity ran in my family during that time so maybe I would still be around. If so, I probably would be an advanced scout for companies pushing further West
