I’ve seen reports that are contrary to clean safe foods being processed in plants located in Ark., Neb., and Washington state. The government has enough inspectors to monitor the large number of food possessors and in many cases they get paid off by the manager/owner of the plant. Check out poultry and fish plants and the contamination.

I’m sure that you worked in a good clean processing plant but not all plants are equal.

I’m careful to buy from where I believe that I get good meat that is safe to eat, but I never know for sure.

i worked as a meatcutter/meat manager in a large high volume supermarket,,it was my responsibility,,for the food handling safety and sanitation of millions of pounds of meat,, to be sold to the public,,

we were trained extensively,,,to have the cleanest, work areas possible to inhibit bacterial growth.

Usually I’m asking who the “chick” is that's eating the food ~ but in this case I’m not going to lose my head over her ~ I’ll just figure that she’s eating “Chick Mc Nuggets”.
