Here's mine:

1. Go back jogging again (I haven't jogged since November. I normally don't until January when the weather gets a little better).

2. Stay sober (I've been 90 days sober now!! It's great to start fresh and new for the new decade).

3. Grow my hair long (well, until September when I get my next haircut).

4. Get a job (I'll be working on that this summer coming up).

5. Be nicer to folks (even to the ones that had said bad things about me that weren't true. I brush it off now).

6. Stay away from the bar scene (I'm already hanging out at the nearest coffee house these days).

7. Make plans to move to Florida (not moving til 2011, but being ahead and selling a few things now will help the move to be lighter and faster when it comes time).

8. Do Yoga again (I haven't done Yoga now in months. Need to get "religious" about it. Start doing it after every time I go for a run/jog).

My #goal for this New Year is to do a better job of acknowledging loved ones birthdays. I am TERRIBLE at it, have gotten worse with time. I think it's because I really don't like to "celebrate" my own, it does not thrill me, and sometimes even find myself resenting the attention. And I'll admit that I think people in general do make too big a thing out of it.

But friends always remember mine. My neglect has got to stop.

Also, I, too, want to return to yoga. It would help if I lost a little weight first, but that probably start happening until spring, anyway.

I like the fact that we're starting a new decade. I'm wishing for a better decade then the last one.

New things for me to do:
1. More exercise
2. Better diet
3. keep myself healthy
4. Save more money
That's enough. I don't want to set my goals too high

Good luck with all you are wishing for.

I want to put away enough money for an Alaskan cruise late summer and I want to fit into a size 12 at that time. I'm a tight 14 now so I don't have so far to go.

Our only goal for the new year, though it's not entirely up to us now (unfortunately), is have a baby.
Otherwise, the usual resolutions: exercise more, have as much fun as possible, enjoy each day, help the others even more than before... Just be happy and hope it's contagious!

Do more camping!! With that comes so many other things... exercise, fresh air, fun and relaxation, quality time with friends and loved one, justifying the payment I make every month of the camper....

I appreciate many of the above posters resolutions!!! There are some very fine ones listed. For myself I NEED to keep it simple. I would love to put lose 40lbs, etc....exercise more...this is an ongoing resolution....and a given for me. However, I will list my simple one which is as follows:
1) Sort through and hang photographs of my family/children on the walls. I took them down years ago due to the impending addition (which still has not been started might I add) The pictures are going back up!!!! and then some!
