INDIANAPOLIS -- An Indianapolis couple are charged with using a pit bull as a weapon while robbing a woman at a west side bus stop.
Terri Henry, 28, told police she was waiting for the bus in the 3100 block of West Michigan Street Monday when her ex-boyfriend, Andrew Townsend, 27, and his new girlfriend, Carly Woodward, 26, pulled up.

They have to determine whether or not the dog should be seized? Geesh. Take the dog. And keep the owners locked up. Easy.
