I don't drink but one cuppa instant with hazelnut creamer in it. Any more than that, I'd be shakin' like a French Poodle in an ice storm with out a sweater.
I love u Normie, I love coffee and any tip to make my coffee taste better is one worth haveing. This is the best tip ever. Yeah I know I have already said it, but every time I do it is true.

All right--talk about someone who definitely has to come to my next party! I'll give Sweetie Pie a cup of coffee and she can shake up all the martinis for the rest of the night!
BTW, here are some detailed washing instructions I found online. Seems like a huge amount of detergent for a little coffee pot, but I'm passing it on anyway. What do you guys think?
I'm also looking for details on how to do the vinegar rinse (I've never tried vinegar myself but a lot of people seem to swear by it.)
1. Get a large plastic jug, add 2 to 3 heaped tablespoons of Automatic dishwashing soap, and about a pint of hot water - almost boiling is best.
2. Swirl the jug around until the detergent is dissolved, and then pour into tea/coffeepot, and let it stand for 5 minutes, swirling the pot around occasionally, just to keep the detergent moving. Put the lid on and shake it a few times.
3. Repeat as necessary. Keep it hot with a little boiling water if needed. If you have a thermos, disassemble it, and soak the parts in the mixture for a few minutes, agitating occasionally. In both cases, the residue just falls off with almost no scrubbing.
1. Rinse the carafe in cold water then fill with one part white vinegar to two parts water.
2. Pour the vinegar and water solution into the coffee maker’s reservoir and turn the maker on to brew a pot. Once the brewing cycle is complete, shut off the coffee maker.
3. Allow the vinegar solution to sit in the carafe for about 15 minutes.
4. Rinse out any vestiges of vinegar by brewing water only through the coffee maker twice more, again shutting of the coffee maker and letting it cool about 15 minutes between cycles.

My favorite way to make coffee:
Aeropress (http://www.aerobie.com/Products/aeropress_story.htm - broken link)
We've been using it for 3 years now.
