Here's another great tip from Lacey.

To remove the smell of garlic from your fingers after chopping, wipe your fingers on the blade of a stainless knife.

Tip of The Day features ideas I hear about--not always ones I've tried. They sound good to me in theory and who knows--some of them (hopefully most of them) may be brilliant. Anyway, the point of this thread is to start some fun conversations. By all means jump in and add jokes, comments, and even your own tips, if you'd like.

Yep, chopping off your fingers will get rid of the smell, and some fingers too...

Never heard that one before. Might lose a finger if you're not careful.

Washing your hands with soap that is made with coffee will also do the trick. (But you have to make the soap yourself since you can't buy coffee soap in a store.)
