Another thing I've been saying for well over a decade.
If you are in a suburb, you'll see everyone wants these green, lush lawns. They will spray, spread, and drop whatever they can on these lawns to make them beautiful. Duh! Did they ever wonder what happens to all that POISON they're putting down??? Are you tracking it into your home on your shoes? Are you breathing it in? Is your kid outside running around, rolling around and playing on it? When it rains, does it run off into the water supply?
You wonder why, in the past 15 years, there has been a spike in kids with Autism, ADD, ADHD, and whatever other initials you can come up with???
I live in the suburbs, and I don't use any of that garbage in my yard. My next door neighbor does, though. She's very much into the look of her front lawn. My husband and I have the philosophy that we're raising children, not grass.
The chemical connection to ADHD is interesting to me.

What I find interesting is the so-called "experts" couldn't figure this out years ago. It was so obvious. You expose these kids (and the unborn) to all these poisons, what do you think is going to happen?
This does not surprise me at all. All sorts of illnesses/disease/allergies etc. have dramatically increased over the years. I believe we are all guinea pigs when it comes to what we eat. We can't rely on the FDA to protect us. It would be almost impossible to find truly pure foods to eat.
What people consider autism today is most likely caused by chemicals used every day as well.
This news doesn't surprise me a bit.
