I'm sorry to hear that! I know this sounds disgusting - but it works for my husband.... a nasal/saline flush? He thinks he might have a sinus infection as well. He was in pain the other night - went and did it and felt instantly better.

Since then he's been taking those NyQuil day/night capsules and seem to be working really well.

The Sinus Rinse or the neti pot. I have a cold right now and do this at night before bed. It definitely helps.

LOL! I guess rinse sounds better than "flush"! I couldn't remember the term.

I need to come up with a research topic. The assignment is totally open ended. My mind is blank.

Perhaps you can research the influence of the internet on social interaction - how social networking sites and discussion forums have changed/impacted interactions with other people...the good (meeting and/or keeping in touch with people you otherwise might not have, support) or the bad (less face time, time taken away from "real" life, TMI) and the ugly (trolls, bullying etc).

I have to share this with all of you...get your barf bags ready because you will feel sick to your stomachs...

A woman I know who has 3 daughters (two in high school and one in middle) and her daughters are the epitome of the "mean girls"...anyway, this woman told me this afternoon that she changed her daughters schools because her daughters were picked on because they were the 1) most beautiful in the school 2) best dressed 3) most athletic and 4) the smartest!

I thought I was going to die laughing because her daughters are the meanest kids I have ever met and no one likes them because they are mean spirited!

Can you imagine saying that to anyone????
