So does anyone do anything exciting for labor day weekend anymore? Seems like everyone we know is just hanging at home. No big bbqs or such.

I think we'll go hiking tomorrow. That's about it.

I'm on my way to Target. That's my excitement for the weekend! Actually we have a sitter and are going to a party tonight.

I feel slightly guilty because my son just left for work and I'm sitting here on the couch goofing off on the iPad.

We did walk the dog this morning and walked past LeftHand Brewery and thought we should ride our bikes back over and sit and have a beer. 10 am seemed too early to stop earlier!
I would have stopped!

Yeah there are lol!
I think we should all go get some beer and go for a bike ride...that sounds nice.

I work today or else I'd go out and do something fun.

*opens curtains* *gets blinded*

It actually looks really nice out.

My days been good so far. I slept till noon and then laid back down and accidentally fell asleep till 12:30 just to get up and find my brother in the shower....I'm kind of worried because I have to be to work at 2 and I won't be getting in the shower till 1, if I'm lucky.

We don't follow football, but we do know CU sucks. Does't CSU beat them every year? We avoid Boulder like the plague if there is a game.

I know! I've always wanted to live in Colorado! Sounds like a great place to live because I'm here in Pittsburgh, known for doom and gloom and being 10 years behind ANY trend! I will admit to Pittsburgh being the farthest thing from trendy, but the doom and gloom reputation is undeserved. It's been unrelentlessly sunny all summer. I wish it would rain! I love rain! And I love clouds! I can't stand the sun just beating down on me all day long!

Now that you mentioned boulder, I want to go camping.

No need to avoid Boulder today - they are playing at Invesco...

It kind of goes back and forth...for a long time CU always won. The there were a few years where it was CSU...now they both suck! But it feels like we should still watch...just because...

I think there are a lot of Pittsburgh transplants here. So just come on over! Although, if you can't stand sun beating on you all day, Colorado probably wouldn't be a place you would want to live.

Well...Colorado tends to be pretty sunny....

I like the lack of humidity. I do miss some overcast days but I sure don't miss the midwest grey that lasts pretty much Nov-Feb....I get tired of the summer but I sure like the sun in the winter. I miss a good all day rain though.
