I would chill out and wait for the explanation. Maybe there was an emergency. Maybe your child was the only one on the schedule that particular evening. You sound way too angry before you even know what happened.

You sound very pissed that this teacher disappointed your child. You should use this as a teaching moment and explain to your child that unexpected things happen sometimes and maybe the teacher was sick or had an emergency. If it turns out that she's a flake, you an address that once you know why she did not appear.
