The "Video Girl Barbie" doll can be used to film up to 30 minutes of video which can be streamed to a computer.

According to the FBI the toy is a "possible child pornography production method." The $45 (£30) doll features a camera in a necklace around Barbie's neck and a screen in the back.

Well, if it wasn't a "possible child pornography production method," it will be now that it has been reported in the news that it could be used that way.

The media is giving sick-minded people more ideas! Sometimes I don't understand why the media reports some things.

I think the idea is you give a little child one and you can remotely watch them from your computer.

The same applies to stuffed animal nannycams.

Yes but chances are this toy would be more likely taken into areas such as the bathroom that a stuffed animal wouldn't be.

How so? Children are more likely to take barbie with them to go potty than stuffed animals? That doesn't even make sense.

Don't say bathtime. The electronics in this barbie makes it very unlikely that it would be used as a bath toy.

But that stuffed animal is likely to be in the bedroom area where children change their clothing.

I don't know hopes a lot of toys are waterproof...but my little sister sits her barbies on the edge of the tub or on the toilet all the time and never her stuffed animals.
