The sun is out. The sky is blue.
The grass has shown its lovely face.
The kids played outside most of the morning w/o coats on & had no desire to come inside
And, as awful as it is, they are elated to have mac & cheese (the powder stuff in the box).
I LOVE & cherish how the smallest things make them happy. I hold on to these brief moments b/c these small moments, IMO, are what it is all about.
Off to finish lunch & then start the taxi service for the afternoon.

I'm doing the "it's Friday afternoon" happy dance....gonna vaccuum quick then I have one more load of laundry to do. Gonna take it easy the rest of the weekend.
We're waiting for it here. Only problem is there is a major (Arabian) horse show starting this weekend. DSs 2&3 are in town for it. DH has friends with horses entered in the competitions and they'll all be working. They are going to be hip deep in mud. I think I'll wait until it's sunny. I'm major-league allergic to horses but there's shopping!
