Please tell me you are strong enough emotionally and physically to stop something as simple as caffeine. Don't be a wimp. Quit!
Yes. that is too much soda!
I drank 3-4 cups of coffee per day up til about 3 wks ago. I was exhausted in the afternoon and starting to get muscle aches along with the fatigue. I decided to cut back on the caffeine. Over the course of five days, I went from 3-4 cups/day of full caf to 2 cups/day that were 75% decaf (I have a K-cup coffeemaker and was grinding my own coffee blend of 75% decaf to put in my reusable filter). Guess what, I never got a headache! I have weaned off of caffeine before when I felt I was drinking too much coffee and this was the easiest; I must have had the gradual decreasing amount of caf just right. I am satisfied with one mug of half-caf as my coffee intake and have timed it so that I am up for an hour or two before drinking it b/c the worst is when you cannot function without your coffee. Who wants to live like that? Its not an enjoyable thing but a necessary thing at that point. Not much pleasure in that.
The fatigue is still there but the muscle aches started to go away. Of course I was getting more sleep over the break without needing to get up at an insanely early hour so we will see how it goes now that school is back in session for the kids.
txtqueen That much has got to be affecting you. Especially with that much sugar! Wow!!
Just try it - you should feel better after kicking it.
Because they asked him to come back and he didn't?
Please, please come back. We made a mistake. Help us fix it.
I'd love to hear how this all ended up going down at the mall. I doubt he just opened fire for the heck of it. Leave it to the authorities to not wait until he was somewhere less populated before trying to pick him up. His previous charges were aggrevated assult. It's not like they couldn't wait to catch him in a safer area.

Hopefully they shot up a national chain restaruant instead.

I haven't heard how all this started. I'm watching on a Phoenix channel and they're saying they have him in a Baja Fresh. That is a MAJOR upscale shopping area. I think they were trying to get him wherever they could.
He's considered armed and very dangerous so I don't think they'd let him travel to a less populated area once they spotted him.
The interesting thing is that this is an open carry state. So it's legal to have weapons on your person. I haven't eard of any civilians opening fire yet. That may not happen so much in that area. Up where I'm at it would be more of a possibility. (I'm in the sticks and there are a lot of ranches.)
Of course NOW he's considered armed and very dangerous. If I were being hunted down like a dog, I'd probably arm myself too!
They think he's been armed and holding up people and businesses in the area since he was let out of the lockup. Cops/Marshalls/Sherrif Joe don't mess around in this state.
Late update. The guy they arrested was not the fellow they accidently let out of jail. Which means we could do this all over again.
Hope everyone had a nice day. Hopes, how you feeling?
