Sorry to hear that Dew ...allergies are awful. I used to get them really bad in the spring....then that passed. I get them every now and then now in the fall (been a few years though). DH and DD have developed some allergies lately though. DH can finally understand why I used to have to close the bedroom window at night. He used to get so very irritated at me over that...now, not so much (and his allergies are pretty mild compared to what mine were....)

We've had to start Macie on predisone recently. Trying to figure out alternatives for her. Poor thing scratches constantly otherwise.

I had a cat on prednisone. It actually worked very well for him. Sorry Macie has a problem.

I was going to do some serious yard work this morning, but I think that's off the table now.

Whoa! They just showed a picture of Arnold's "friend". Not exactly what I expected. I feel SO sorry for that child. All pretense of normal life is now gone. A photo of him is going to be worth $$. I'm sure the paparazzi is out in full force.

That's good to hear....it really does help her. We're just trying to figure out if we can do a combination of that and some kind of antihistamine so that we can keep the prednisone to a miminum. That's what we're working on now. Right now, she takes a little pred. every other day, plus 6 () Benedryl (2 tabs, 3X)...she's a little better but not like when she's taking the prednisone every day.....

Things I have learned from the interwebs today:

Throwing glitter on someone = assault
If it walks like a scumbag, and it talks like a scumbag = scumbag
Am reminded again why leaving New Orleans = good idea
Cambodian music = cool
There are always 2 sides in a divorce = I picked sides, and I really, really should have known better (a friend, but heard about it online)

Assuming you are speaking of the Newt Gingrich incident - which was hilarious. Saw it on Good Morning America. That was a LOT of glitter.

If only their last words were in any way intelligent, that would help!
