Good evening everyone! Raining here again (although just a summer drizzle - nothing like last night)....Had DS do the weeding today since the ground was soft....

yesterday we arrived at DS's game just as it started pouring. I have a feeling the same thing is going to happen for practice tonight too. Oh well. What can you do?

The rain has been hit or miss here so I've been still having to water....

Trying to figure out what to do for dinner. I don't feel like cooking and what I thought I thawed out - was not what I thought it was! Ever have that happen? I really should label things.

yes! I don't always label either! I am trying out the Wildtree stuff I bought a couple weeks ago. So far I'm not super impressed. Tonight was spaghetti. The Wildtree seasoning was decent enough, but no better and no easier than just sprinkling some regular spices.

Mystery meat! Yes, I have totally had that happen!

I'm right there with you on the dinner cooking - I'm ridiculously unenthused this week! How about breakfast dinner?

Not much....It must have been very localized last night. DS had a lacrosse game last night in SE Denver and didn't get rain at all. He was surprised at all we got.

I don't mind the rain but then I'm past getting everyone dressed and hauled to practice only to have it cancelled....That is not much fun. All I can say is get used to it. With 2 boys, you'll most likely be in that mode for awhile.

Yes! What a great idea. I think I'll go with breakfast for dinner. If not, I know I'll end up going to Panda Express and we really shouldn't be doing that!

rkb - I've never heard of Wildtree. What is that?

I haven't been into cooking much this week either. I really should...I just don't wanna....I need to snap out of this attitude I've had for the past few months. I really do. Just not sure how to go about it.

right. I don't mind the cancellations so much, but when we're already dressed and driving... what a pain.

We all sound like we are in the same slump.... I've been doing great using all the stuff from the farm. Just so not in the mood to cook tonight. At all.
