MM - I'm glad you got Macie sorted. Our dog battles allergies, and I have to be very careful what shampoo I use. The oatmeal ones are definitely the least irritating for her.

We are having a beautiful day. 88 degrees, beautiful blue sky, not a cloud in sight, and not-stop rolling thunder for the last few hours. Weird.

OK - forgot a few things on my Costco list - when I was there today here is what I left the store with: TP (I'll second Mattie on the paper towels too - and tissues), bottled water, Yoplait smoothie mix (frozen packets - DH loves em); pistachios, and laundry detergent/softener (I buy the Kirkland brands on those).

Yes - we typically use an oatmeal based one. We also found one with lidocaine....

Does anyone here have a treadmill at home? I just ordered one today. Time to get into better shape. I have a manual one but you have to hold the rails and it's not very comfortable.

I'm three weeks into a complete change in eating habits and figure this will get me moving more on a daily basis. Anyone have one?

Stationary bicycle and wii sports during the summer. I walk as much as possible in the cooler months.

We went to Sam's yesterday - go about once a month since it's hoof up there. We got, meat, bagels, chips, canned olives, Charmin (after the toilet paper wars here it would seem I'm not allowed to buy anything other than that now ), yoplait, pickles, bread, detergents, shampoo, DH's razors, and then some special stuff for a special dinner (we had cheese, crackers, stuffed olives, etc. for dinner last night).

I will also get dog food and cat food there, litter etc.

I'm pretty careful to not buy things I normally wouldn't, or brands I normally wouldn't. You do really have to be careful. The nice thing is regular grocery store visits are pretty light.

cleasach - we had a treadmill for years and I used it a lot. But we did need the space it was in and it was getting worn out. So we got rid of it. Most of the time I'd rather do my exercising outside anyway. My problem was boredom. We had a t.v. I could watch in front of the treadmill which helped.

mm - poor Macie! I hope the treatments helps her. Glad Bridgett doesn't have allergies. She's got other issues but that's not one of them.

Wii Sports is great. There's a Gold's Gym Cardio Boxing game that's fantastic as well.

I bike almost every day and got the treadmill to switch it up and have something to work out indoors in extreme heat and cold.

I got the Wii because I knew I wasn't going to be outside walking once it got up over 100. Plus it's just plain fun.

I think the treadmill is a great idea. If we had room I'd get one with no hesitation. I also do light weights and the resistance bands. (Though I admit I'm no fanatic, lol. It goes in spurts with me.)

Hi Folks - I'm back, but needing to catch up on the past few days....hope everyone is hanging in there.

My sis and niece were in town, helping me prep The House Which Refuses to Be Fully Unpacked for DS's belated bday party this past weekend. It was small and upwards of 98 degrees but a good time was had by all Dinosaur Train enthusiasts involved.
