Well, I wish everyone a good night.

I don't handle self-pity very well. I've known too many people who have REALLY suffered and yet somehow manage to carry on and not expect anything other than the chance at a new day.

Sleep warm.

Morning all!

You'll all be pleased to hear (not that I think you were up all night worrying about it or anything ) that I am in a much more positive mood today.

What's up with choo?

Morning, sunhines!

Glad to hear you're feeling better today, FR!

Rainy errand day here today, though I'm feeling thankful we're not sick anymore (summer cold of doom). One of my girlfriends is having her third baby as we speak - if that's not enough to put a smile on my face, I don't know what is!

Good Morning All! How is everyone this morning?

Fin- Glad the school situation is sorted.

Looks as though we are going to have to cut our trip short thanks to Hurricane Emily. I hate pushy women

Have a great day everyone!

On happier news - our preschool placement has been confirmed and we are good to go! Yay. The director thanked me for being very patient which is good because I was about to go all lachrymose on her azz.
Oh, ouch! Hope it gets straightened out easily and quickly. And yay! on the preschool placement-- and 50 points to Gryffindor for the word "lachrymose".

Morning all!

ewag - I've heard a lot of people sick with a cold - seems like such a weird time of year. Glad you all are better - maybe they just seem worse in the summer because it doesn't seem like you should be sick with a cold.

That's too bad about your trip Zim. Last I saw on the news (yesterday morning), it hadn't turned into a hurricane yet.

Yawn. Mornin all. We had massive thunderstorms roll through here overnight. They woke us up around 3:30 this morning, and all I could think about was the rear window of my car, cracked open a couple of inches. I could not bring myself to get up and go out to close it, but guilt kept me awake the rest of the night. Still have some much needed rain falling so I think it's going to be a lazy day.

Thank you. And thank you for the points, but I can't take the credit - it's a word in our CD Moms Who Rock Dictionary and I do believe it was brought to our attention by Kibbie, who also brought us the intoxicating new term - gut mall.
