If you guys want a good laugh, go to Google Maps. Go to Get Directions and type Japan as the Starting Point and the USA as the Ending Point. Apart from the This Route Has Tolls disclaimer, check out #29.

Hahahaha. Excellent. You'd have to have some killer upper body strength for that one, among other things.

Hmmm, do you accept baked goods of a chocolate nature as bribes??

We have a time share in Mexico - who's in?
Haha - awesome! Though you're not joking - I spend time over here so my brain doesn't fall out of my head! Well, that and I just like you guys a lot!

Oh, yes, Mexico, please.

That's funny Zim! And surprisingly only takes 35 days and 18 hours. With tolls.

Tahiti? I'm so in! When do we leave?

AC - hilarious!

The movie was great! Nicest theater I've ever been to. We saw The Help. Not as good as the book, but still nicely done.

Misc. activities revolving around the kids today. Have a nice weekend, CDMWR!

Glad you had funny Kibbie - I guess your headache went away enough to enjoy it. Was this the kind of theater where you can eat and have drinks, etc.? That sounds like fun.

We are off this morning to take more senior pictures. I need to get that kid going before it gets to late!

Hopes! I saw that road on the news this morning - when they said there was someone missing I thought "Oh no I hope Hopes wasn't out on one of her car adventures" - so I'm glad to hear it wasn't you (obviously). Spooky to think you nearly got caught in it.

Morning all.

Kibbie I'm glad you enjoyed yourself and felt better.

yes, the waitress came right to our seats. There is a bar and restaurant in the theater too, so you could arrive early or stay late and eat or drink. If I had felt better, we might have stayed for dessert. Next time.

I hope you get some good pictures!

Good Morning CDMWR! How are we all this morning?

Hopes - that's awful. Flash flooding scares the pooh out of me.

Kibbie - glad you had a good date night.

Coop - I thought you were going to suggest our time off be spent paddling to or from Japan . Margarita's in Mexico hold a much greater appeal!

Good morning Fin & Ewag!

Morning all!

I'm going to quit complaining about Haboob cleanup. A microburst hit in a couple of places and wiped out homes. A little mud and dust is nothing compared to your roof being three streets away.

I think we're doing museums today. Maybe a nice lunch out.

Morning all.....

Late check in here.....exhausted from kayaking across the Pacific Ocean. At least I got a break in Hawaii <wipes sweat off brow>

Zimbo - don't know where you find these things....love it though!

Speaking of funnies...anyone remember this? It went viral a number of years ago over email but I still find it funny:

I envy people who can write like that. I can write but not humorously.
